this site has helped me so so much i feel like every time i get panicy i just log on and feel better in no time at all this site is brill everybody is so kind and caring
i only wish it i had known about it years ago it would of helped
have you ever thought of asking members to halp spread the word on this site mabe printing out posters and stuff it could help souch a lot of people

We do have leaflets to give out to people if you want some and we are still working on the NHS acreditation so that will promote the site even more.
