    Extremely anxious, need quick help!

    Hi there,
Ive been suffering from severe health anxiety for about 4 years now and it seems to be getting worse again.

Basically i am extremely worried about (it may sound stupid) a potato lol! I cooked it and ate it when it wasnt entirely cooked, some parts were and some parts wouldn't. Now im worrying it has caused me harm, im very bloated and feel really sick, im not normally like this :(

Also i have felt some strange dents in my head :( apprently its normal to have dents in my head but i can feel loads, and when i push them it gives me alot of pain. Please help are these symptoms normal?

    Thankyou

hiya. a potato is a vegetable- eating it raw wont harm you. panic/anxiety can cause stomach symtpoms.
