hi marie ann here i suffer with panic attacks and find it hard to go out any long distance it would be nice to meet up with any one who lives local i am 31 i like to go out but it helps if i am with some body marie ann

Hi Mari Ann. There is a walking group near where I live in Caterham, who walk as a group over the North Downs and near Banstead. I have been out with them before and they are all very friendly and welcoming. Let me know if you would like me to get their details for you.
