Ibs help

Hi, I no this sounds gross so I appoligise! I have been told that I have i b s I don't really get bad tummy aches only usually in the morning but I've just been to the loo and half of it was light brown and soft and the other was little dark brown stools but all were joined buy mucas! Is this normal? I've had a stool test and that came back normal! Help please x

hi my stools change all the time and i have ibs so think its normal.
