Hi Yvonne. I'm sure you're not alone with this. There are exercises you can do to strengthen pelvic muscle tone, which I suspect would help. Nerves control muscle function but can become over-sensitive, hence why people sometimes need the loo when they're anxious, so any strengthening of pelvic muscles is likely to be beneficial.
