Heavy Heavy tired legs that hurt.? And lower back pain.

Anyone else get this ? I lay around a lot and wondering if this is the cause. My legs seem so heavy and get tired very quickly. Was wondering if this is from none use or something worse? Also I have been having lower back /tailbone pain with something that feels electrical in my back and tbrough the pelvic region almost like a buzzing. Anyone else have any of these symptoms?

I have a lot of lower back pain - I found out that the psoas muscle is directly tied into the fight/flight response, and once I started just simply lying on my back with my knees up for 20 minutes or so a night worked WONDERS for my back pain. The first few nights were agony though and I wondered if I could get up off the floor, but about the fourth night I realized I had a lot more flexibility.

Now if you have pain there that radiates down your leg, that's sciatica, and there are stretches you can do for that as well. Just do a search on you tube.
