heat rash that i itched and scratched over a mole

I had a heat rash at the back of my knee and obviously I itched it like crazy!!! I have a brown mole at the back of my knee a flat mole, I scratched over it and noticed it was a bit swollen like my heay rash but now it is healing but it is like I have scratched the color off of it and I am really worried!!! Any reassurance?? I have had the mole checked before I scratched it and it was fine but should it be that easy to scratch the color off a mole???

I don't think it's a problem. It may well just be a layer or two of skin that made it look darker that you have scratched off. If you had it checked before then let that reassure you. If you are really severely worried you could always try ringing the NHS Helpline (I do that occasionally when I'm real worried) or see your doc again.
Apparently it's possible to scratch a mole off though and it's nothing to worry about.
