i still have some degree of sanity left keep thinking i can shock myself into dropping dead i know pysically that can happen but am scared these traumatic events i keep replaying are trying to shock me in dropping dead very anxious

Shock can only kill someone who already has a very bad heart. physical shock as in loss of blood or injury is a totally different thing. Traumatic thoughts will give you anxiety symptoms and adrenaline surges but this is not shock.

I assume you have read of someone being given bad news and dropping dead???? This is almost always confined to someone elderly who has serious heart disease and is on borrowed time anyway.
