headache from sneezing

i sneezed last night before i went to sleep and it gave me a headache pain in the back of the head and ive now woken up with it the same... ive taken pain killers but its not shifting.... im so scared ive got a bleed or something :( please help me!!!

I always get a pain in my head when I sneeze or cough and it terrifies me I'm sure you're fine though. If it was a bleed your symptoms would be much more serious. x

thanks for the reply... its easing off a bit now... ive been really good lately with anxiety but this has just started it all up again.. but... i havnt googled.. too scared so think i'll just stick with ur answer! lol
