fast heart rate night time

bk from work once again checking heart beat all time :( was 88 beats min at work but at this moment its runnin at 130 scared again :(

As hard as it sounds the more you check it the faster it becomes its like its got a mind of its own. I know i don't follow my own advice! You just have try and distract yourself absolute hell it is, i know how you feel i'm there loads of times

i no bud its just horrible sick of it ,, sick of doing it all time i feel like i'm going ,, i agree 100000% if i stop checkin it that it will go down , oh the days on the internet was an escape of my daily problems ay :( ,, hows you james ?

I had a bad weekend with anxiety it is so bad worrying all the time, i always worry that my heart is beating too fast but some days are better than others.

its anoying init :( i add ecg / hoster dun in dec and they was clean but cant get my head to shut off " dam it " even tryed games on ere but nope

I know what you mean it is so so hard to get the head around i think forums like this help a lot though talking to people with the same problems.

Don't worry. Hearts are amazing. Mine can go from 55 to over 100 plus. And the only annoying thing is it keeps me awake. Trust your body x

have you tried deep breathing? works for me btw my heart rate goes from 70 to 150 at times so I think you will manage just fine If I can overcome 150 bpm im sure you can eventually cope with tachycardia (thats the name of the heart rate above 100)
