    Re: Help

    Hi hun

When acute, I can say YES to them all and add lots more to your list, even now, I can say yes to them all and add more, but these days, its not that bad, I even think I'm going mad, but use it in a joking way, eg "ohhh I'm loosing the plot.

Your symptoms are heightened because you have anxiety, when we are acute with anxiety anything we deal with can feel like it 10 folds.

Over a very long period of time I have monitored my periods, moods symptoms and mine DO change each month, BUT when I was acute for awhile my thoughts where, OHHHH my goodness, I am going to feel like this every month, Mmm yes you quest it, I DID, blimey the mind IS a powerful thing, I am back now to changing symptoms each month, but going through the change right now, so hot flushes are really good NOT, lol

PLEASE hun, get to know yourself, don't think because you have these symptoms this month your going to have them next time round.

YOU will find your not alone with symptoms coming with periods, it is due to hormonal change and Mrs anxiety adding her bit.

Hope this helps, these symptoms WILL pass.

    TAKE CARE

    LOVE JILL XX
