Thread: Big giant pulse!

    Big giant pulse!

Does anyone every feel like their whole body is a big giant pulse. Thats the only way i can describe it, its like you feel your pulse but all over. Its not like trembling, which i sometimes feel when trying to nod off. More just a huge pulse but all over. How do i get rid of it, i dont remember always feeling it but its starting to get on my already shaken nerves!

Hello, sometimes like when i lie down i can feel my pulse like that. I suppose it is perhaps Me being more aware of it. What i call the 'vicious panic cycle'.

Thanks James, i guess i am more aware when relaxing, or its just how i am right now. Very aware of everything my body feels. Sometimes its like im actually moving with it lol sounds strange but cant describe it any other way.

Like a body wide vibration sort of thing, I can relate to that.

Yep I get this too, I had it for about 3 weeks were it felt really intense just starting to feel normal again, almost felt like my whole body would sway with the pulse, felt a bit sea-sick with it....
