New symptoms

Hello everyone..
Sorry i havn't been on here for a while. I've been working loads, got back from holiday a week ago which i survived!
I have a day off tomorrow so going to try & get to the docs sometime..

Lately i've been purposely cracking my jaw left to right-it's really painful but i just can't stop doing it and it's making my whole face hurt!
A spot right at the top of my head also feels really numb and I can't stop pulling at my hair, plus my eyes hurt..
I think i need to see some kind of behaviour person to stop these habits as they're making me worse! Help!

Mine is tension in the jaw and i try to crack it all the time. I have been to the dentist who confirms I am tighting my jaw. the side of my head hurts and Gp says it is muscular. My whole upper body is one bid knot and these are all muscles connected.

tense and release and try a nice massage.

I cant stop cracking it! Its getting really painful & i fear its going to dislocate or something if i dont stop soon!
