Anyone else get this problem?

Just wondering if anyone else gets a woozy/lightheaded feeling now and then, my stomach always turns too, like I've got butterflies?

Hi Honeyp1e, thanks for your reply.

I've been getting the light headedness on and off for a few months now, I've had various tests done (blood, ECG, chest x-ray), all were normal. My GP has put it down to anxiety but I'm not sure as I feel ok other than the light headedness. I had my eyes tested in March and was told I'm slightly long sighted so not sure whether that's the problem. My GP doesn't think this is the case but my optician said it's possible as I work at a computer all day. I just want to get to the bottom of it!

Seems to happen more when I'm tired, just wish it would stop!

i get it bad when am tired
but i also get this nausea 24/7 (like now) and i get a weird feeling (as i call it) i dont no what it is but just feel strange sickly horrible feeling xx

ALL the damn time! nausea, dizzy, lightheaded etc.. but I've been getting it so much lately that I'm getting used to it! as in it doesn't cause me as much anxiety, still affects my quality of life though.

Light-headed, faint, dizzy. Doesn't really describe the feeling. I get it most when I'm feeling tired or depressed. Often when I'm standing up or picking something up from the floor. I don't get it when I'm in a good patch so it's definitely a stress thing. I often get a general sense of feeling ill or weak.

Thanks for all your replies, it's good to know I'm not imagining it! It's my main anxiety symptom too, it's so frustrating. I'm like you Luna, it seems worse when I haven't been sleeping well.
