blood pressure seems ok

having increased my dosage of atenolol from 50 to 100mg my blood pressure seems to be showing signs of improvement was 211 over 103 in a and e and usually 140 over 94 other times but last 2 readings 120 over 80 then 127 over 87 but now the health anxiety has swithced its attention from my blood pressure to my fast pulse rate which is nearly allways around 90 to a 100 i am allways anxious doctor says im fine but will this damage my heart

your pulse is in normal range

normal range is from 60 to 110 the cardiolgist told if you try and relax you pulse will strat to slow down but you dont need to worry as its not going to fast x
