This is pretty simple but I have found when i go for a gentle walk and take my camera not only does the exercise calm me down the photography (usually close up) totally takes my mind of the anxiety, i tend to forget the world trying to get things in focus and looking pretty.

It doesn't even stop once home as then there is the fun uploading and naming them.

Just an idea for anyone who might not yet have tried the two together.
