what a great couple of days

as you may be aware from my last post i'm agrophobic and constant anxiety and pa. well what a transformation the last few days i've been shopping with my hubby with out having to have a lager first. went to sea my works counciller whi took me 30 mins to get from my front door to the car because i was so anxiuos i really didn't think iwas going to be able to go but wow i did and i've just got back and feel great shakey but great. it was thee first time i had seen the works counciler i just hope this continues thanks for reading just had to tell a few people many thanks kez
