Ectopics are really scaring me

Hi i have had health anxiety for about 6 years now, it goes from having heart problems to cancer. I have been put on prozac, i was scared with side effects etc but im now on my 9th day and im hoping these will help. I have been so low and ive had a virus for just over a week with an awful cough. The thing is im getting awful ectopics that take my breath away, im worried that my cough has put a strain on my heart and im goin g to have a heart attack. I had a panic attack this morning, my chest hurts but im trying to be brave and put it down to my awful chesty cough as my ribs hurt too. Please can some one reassure me that im not going to die through theses ectopics and that the cough has not strained my heart.

Its important to get all the tests. But generally speaking, if like most of us with palps, you have the stress kind, you can relax, you are not going to die of them.

When I had a cough they were quite bad....mainly because I believe it irritates the vagus nerve and in turn makes the heart give extra beats.
