Not just every day Jodie, but literally, without ANY exaggeration, HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS per day! Can anyone top that cos if they can I'd feel better, NOT that I actually WANT anyone to go through this c**p!!

Hi Jodie - I used to get them day and night, but since I've stopped being scared of them they have got less frequent and I now only notice them maybe once a week or so.

I get them every day..some days worse than others.. and especially when i go to rest.. its a nightmare..its scary ..its frightening.. and the fight makes you tired and weak darling dosnt it.
But the secret to success .. is exceptence love.. exceptance that it cant harm you, and jodie you know how bad i get these heart symptoms. Read my pm.

Most days for me too, some days are bearable others send me rushing to the hospital [:I] not a nice symptom

These are the bane of my existence in other words I hate them!
Sometimes I will get a lot of them for days and weeks and then nothing for awhile
My dog had a seizure yesterday so yep you got it later on and this morning as well I got the thuds and skipped beats as I was thinking of her and hoping she didnt have one while I was at work
They scare the dickens out of me and frankly they have bothered me the most of all the anx symps
Had an echogram weeks ago and doc said all normal
Yeah, except my mind which is not normal
I also get a tightness in my throat when these occur
Does anyone else also get the throat thing in conjunction with the skipped beats and thudders?
As I am sure many of you will agree, one's mind takes off running to a not so nice place when we get such things as the skipped beats, shudders and all physical symps of anx for that matter
We have a sensitive thermostat as I once read someplace that gets set off easily whereas people without anxiety do not

hi am bernadette i suffer with panic attacks i get funny heart beats i some times think it is shaking and then it misses a beat i do get scared but we should be use to it by now but were not
