    Hi my name is John I live in the UK 43 and suffer from Anxiety Panic and GAD. Just really say hi to everyone.

    Hi John Im an oldie Im Paula, 40, suffered from agoraphobia and anxiety and panic attacks just over 11 years now. Getting much better thanks to the support of this forum, with no meds, cbt etc......youre not alone. Nice to meet you x

    I'm 26 & suffer from health anxiety & panic attacks. I also collect shoes so may have ocd haha!!
