Hi! I've been a member of NMP for several years, but for one reason or another I haven't spent much time here.
Sometimes life just gets so busy and we keep struggling through, despite the overwhelming sensations of anxiety, depression and fatigue.
Anyway, I'm back and ready to make time to help myself and others in any way I can.
