bowels advice

for this last week or so i havnt been able to go except for sometimes and then its all hard and lumpy. just went now and it was massive and i was in lots of pain and part of it had blood in it. :( will i die of internal bleeding
a year ago i used to have bad tummy cramps every day and would cry in pain(now get them every so often) cant walk when they happen. i used to not be able to go and used to have large bowel movemtns a lot

Ok well firstly it sounds like your constapated, You wont die of internal bleeding, the blood in it can be anything, its probably because you were strainging, mine was maroon colour the other day lol. Honestly dont worry about it You are going to be ok, ring nhs if you are worried, or call south east health

Possibly, it will heal anyway you dont have to worry, and if you are worrying see the doc or call out of hours, or nhs direct.
