Sorry for another post ladies, but need your opinions. I was on cerazette for about 2.5 months, had to stop as it did not agree with me. Since then my periods have been strange and not my regular cycle. Do you think that the pill could have messed things up?

my periods are all over the place since stopping the pill been 6 months since stopped and periods were on a short cycle and now not had one for 8 weeks.

Sometimes our menstral cycles can just change. Its odd but hormones can be unpredicatible. I used to have a cycle that was 28 - 31 days and now its 23-25 days. I really dont like the short cycle! I wasnt on the pill, but I did go on it and then came off. I helped to actually lengthen my cycle by a few days after it was less than 3 weeks in length.

This may sounds a bit strange coming from a man, but from what I have learnt periods can alter due to other hormones from women, iron levels in the blood, hormone levels from pills etc.

The pill is suppose to mimic your body during pregnancy so it stops your body releasing an egg ( please stop me if I'm wrong).
