Does anyone else notice this?

Sometimes I come across people who 'have to' put the colours back in rainbow order or are 'too aware' of germs and have to carry around anti-bac everywhere they go. Other people notice this and joke around saying 'you're so OCD'

It just.. it makes me feel like rubbish because clearly they don't understand what it's like to get the thoughts and how upsetting it is.

I know perhaps I'm being a bit ignorant because maybe they do have the problem they just choose not to tell anyone?

Does anyone else notice this?

Yes I notice when people say they are depressed and I think, no, if you were depressed you would probably be glued to the sofa.
