cbt recommended

I went to see my cbt today and he recommended a book by

christine padesky called "MIND OVER MOOD".

i have just ordered it from amazon, it challanges our thoughts and is meant to be the best CBT book out there for people with anxiety /panic.

It also has work sheets to follow...best to go to amazon and read the reviews cos they speak for themself !

Hi Mirry

We were talking about this very book last week on another thread Book Swap/Book Loan.

I was also recommended it months ago but not got round to reading it but reviews speak for themselves. I have read the other book that Amazon advise buying along with it - Feeling Good - The New Mood Therapy and have to say that I wasn't impressed with it at all.
