Hello everyone- today i thought id post this for all those people out there that need some encouragment and support...lve been looking around the forum and it just makes me so sad that so many people are suffering from all these terrible things.I myself suffer terrible panic attacks that make my life so miserable at times but somehow lately im been more positive about things.
