2 different types of eptopics...

Evening everyone. I'm posting really to see if anybody experiences the same sensations as I do. Basically I get two different types of abnormal heart beat, one which happens randomly and suddenly, giving me a thumping feeling in my chest and I get another type which happens usually when I lie down and start thinking about my breathing, basically I'll feel my pulse and will get random pauses in the beats, eg beat beat beat pause beat beat beat. It doesn't go fast after them either. I can't feel these pauses unless I take my pulse. Has anyone else experienced this? L x

Yes I get both these and also a fluttery feeling lasting a few seconds.
Both are normal and not dangerous
