health worries geting older

im comeing up to my 50th this yr im just wondering how many of us worry more about our health as we get older . and any tips for it , i worry about heart attacks . cancer etc etc

There are quite a few of us that are 50 and above here and im sorry to say it seems to get worse because everything you read usally says that this symptom and that disease affects those 50 and older more.... So there is really no way to sugar coat it. My advice to you or anyone hitting 50. Eat right,exercise ,dont smoke and take care of your body so that you dont have to worry about injuries etc... other than tht not sure what else to say.

Hi, i agree with looking4answers, my husband is 55yrs and doesnt have great health, he now realises that all that advice i gave him about eat healthfully, exercise, he should have listened too me and regrets it. The best advice it to listen to looking4answers!!
