    Is loss of weight normal

    Okay so i have lost 2kg of weight in 1-2 weeks can anxiety cause that. and what should i eat to gain the weight i have lost back on?

    I have lost weight dramatically i only weigh 7st 10 and can't put any on for love nor money.
    Pasta they say is good for putting on weight but i can't stand it lol so no good for me.
    Wish i could give you the answers but don't really know how to help myself either.
    Please try not to worry too much, if unsure go seek advice from a doctor they may put your mind at rest a little

    Hi in 6 weeks i lost 2 stone in weight last year- all due to anxiety. i have since put a stone back on though. Anxiety can cause loss of weight x

    this happened to me afew months ago in the space of 6 weeks or so

    If it helps i will list here what i ate (basically the food i usually avoid)

    Marshmallows
    chocolate by the barrel load
    ice-cream
    crisps
    fizzy drinks
    takeaway pizzas

    basically what i used to treat myself

    Instead of big meals, try to eat little and often instead.

    I lost 13kg in 2 months due to anxiety, I just could not eat. I tried having small meals more often and that did help. I had things like porridge, fresh fruit and veg, chicken, milkshake and lots of nuts.

    I put on 3kg once I got over the anxiety and am now eating low fat to keep the weight off. Anxiety can make you lose weight.
