Breast lump

Hi, I have a very small lump at bottom of breast and it's where I have some psoriasis which is pretty sore so could it be where I itched it? Its difficult coz I only felt round there coz it felt so sore. I'm only 24 could it be cancer? I'm in tears right now. I'm so scared.

My wife said probably not. Most breast cancers dont hurt. It sounds like you irratated something on the skim. Im sure its ok,but if you are concerned see your doctor. Hope you feel better..
