I just joined NMP. I felt many side effects (some very distressing) when I first started on Sertraline. After a few weeks the bad bits wore off, and I am now on 200 mg a day. I do believe I am getting some benefit from this medication. I have had every anti-depressant over the years, and believe this to be the best I've had. Best wishes to you. I was on same med as you and didn't have this either, I don't remember it being a side effect , I'll look it up for you. Just looked it up, Headaches are a rare side effect, I would suggest talking to your doctor about it.
