welcome back my old friend - anxiety

last week i was told i had raised lft levels - doc told me i needed an ultrasound as fatty liver was suspected - panic mode initiated - welcome back my old friend anxiety - tiredness, heavy eyed and a light headed not quite in this dimension feeling...happy days.....had this 2 weeks now - i thought at 50 i'd have left anxiety behind but agr doesnt appear to be a barrier for it..........and today i got a rollocking for yawning on a works meeting.....now...where's that sick note...:(

Ive recently welcomed back mine lol

The riots in london have kind of taken my mind off of it as its given me the chance to pull my energy into something else.

Wish i can give my anxiety to one of them stupid people and yours to who ever shouted at you x x x
