Pressure under ribs - In belly sides and center

Does anybody else get this it would be a real help..
Whenever I get really bad anxiety attacks or whatever I get this, it just feels like tonnes of air or food is wedged in my belly, not only that but my heart rate goes made and I go really hot and sometimes sweat alongside many other symptoms but it seems to go (can be anything up to an hour) but then I get a bit of wind which relieves it or go to the toilet or it just goes without either.
I'm really worrying.
It makes me force myself to burp and burp and burp and sometimes I even make myself bring up sick to try and get some space in my belly which gets rid of the pressure for about 5 seconds then it comes back.
I get this every day.

Anxiety can cause gastric problems. Theres some info about it in the symptoms section to the left.

I get acid reflux and bubbling under my rib cage. It weird and annoying but its one of the many symptoms of anxiety

omg feeling the same this last week i had antibiotics for abcess and notice i felt hungry 24/7 then when i stand up or bend over " right side " i get like a tiny thump feeling in chest " going docs tomozz as conccered and worry as i ALLWAYS DO :( xx

IBS and acid reflux can give you these symptoms .I get them and was diagnosed with IBS ..Sue x
