Hi all, here we go again with what i hope is my latest paranoia! my tongue feels really swollen ! as far as i can tell it doesnt look any different, it started last night and i felt like i couldnt breathe properly but i think that was me making it worse, anyone else get this?

oh gosh, i get this all the time...it really is scary and feels extremely uncomfortable :(
really? any ideas on what causes it? sooo paranoid its something terrible! i wonder if im making it worse now as i keep poking it .. probably doesnt help
