The past few weeks I've been having bad nausea & bad wind (smelly) its usually around my belly button & downwards the nausea is horrible and I get a funny weird head feeling :( I don't no what it is am eating that's causing this as everything I eat I get nausea.. And its always in the same area and just before I need to break wind I feel it all moving around just above pubic area and my nausea feels worse untill I break the break the wind is this all just ibs even the nausea and just to be around belly button down wards x x

well its back tonight had the pregnant look all day/ wind moving around my bell even though am passing a lot of smelly wind, why do u still get more build up in ur stomach if pasising a lot??
