Hi everyone I was a nervous wreck for six months not able to go home staying with my parents, having anxiety and panic attacks not seeing an end to it all until I had CBT and that helped me a lot I have not had any anxiety for a while now and I am happy back at home even though at times it can get lonely. I have just had an interview for a voluntary job which I will do two days a week for six hours. #
Please if u read this there is light at the end of a tunnel, one day at a time and I promise u u will get there
