bad pain in right thigh down to knee

expierencing bad pain in right thigh down to right knee- just had parectomal an hour ago- no difference. im scared of a DVT or clot.
i get bad nubnmess sometimes- like i sit down and i go numb straight away

For the last 3 years due to problems i have spent A LOT of time sitting down indoors and im worried i will suffer a blood clot.
when i stand i cant walk as there numb and it takes ages for blood flow to come back. random SEVERE tingles in foot and half way up leg the other day.

i cant stop thinking about a clot :'(.

Even if you're at home you don't have to be sat down all day. Get up every 20 mins or so and do something - even if it's trivial. Unless you smoke, are on the pill, over 30, overweight etc it's unlikely you'll get DVT.

thank you. im at a friends tonight (on my ipod lol) ... we have been to town and took a 30 min walk but ive never had pain like this before. its worrying. i just want to know what it is
