headaches

Hey Everyone, how is every1? just wondering does any1 seem to ave headaches that last for ever? mine seem to either move from the back of my head to the front and round my eyes, does anyone1 else get this?

Hi there,

I'm sure virtually everyone here gets headaches, myself included.

I get sudden sharp pains, dull headaches that go on for ages and even blurred vision with them.

Have you tried relaxation exercises?

i for one am never really ever without headaches. mione are mostly around the front, eyes and nose. i am convinced that along with many of the symptoms of anxiety my almost constant one is sinusitis.

this is definitely where most of my pain comes from

I to have been suffering over the last few weeks with headaches all day long and i do believe now they are anxiety related all like jackie saids sinus related.Please try not not to worry as it seems really quite common on this site.xxxx

I have been suffering from anxiety for almost a year now, especially health anxiety. I know what u mean abt the headaches..... I get them so often , and think its due to the anxiety Im suffering from. It would start from the back of my head, all the the way to my eyes and sometimes my teeth would actually pain.... I have a slight sinus problem as well so thats could also be why I have those headaches. My headaches would be so bad that I sometimes think Im gonna die.

I think you shld try some relaxation teniques... Im sure it would help.

Yes. I have times when I get headaches all the time, sometimes every day for weeks and weeks. And they can be all over in different parts of my head. Its just tension and anxiety.
