Dropping sensation

What is this :(
It's horrible, feels like I am falling.
I keep getting it, even when I am lay down resting, I stood up and walked and ate and drank some and it was still there for 30 mins at one point.
If I just stay put and go with it it gets worse until I feel like I've completely sunk and I'm suffocating so I have to move.

Sounds like a very common symptom of anxiety or maybe vertigo. Ive had vertigo and its bad and as you described. Check out the symptoms section to the left x x x

Oh i know this feeling well Its like your going to drop to the ground i have even sat on the floor quick to try and stop the feeling. can leave me with a headach afterwards. Does this sound the same as your feelings.
