Hi
I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself. I'm 51 yo from Ireland. I have been suffering from anxiety/panic etc on and off for about as long as can remember. I came across NMP while looking at symptoms of my most recent episode.
I'll post more later but just wanted to say hi for now.
