I was thinking of an admin or school job. My friend thinks I should try to get a job with not too much pressure.
My health and safety job was extremely stressful and lots of responsibility, I want something I enjoy. I know it’s going to be difficult to get a job, but I’m going to really try .

Good for you and your friend is right. Have you heard about the Richmond Fellowship? They are a charity helping people with MH issues find and retain a job. They have really supported my son following his illness so I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been getting muscle cramps in my legs today, along with numbness and pins and needles. Again I’m thinking I might have motor neurone disease, this is making me panic.
I know I have worried about this before, but this was along time ago, these symptoms are new.
I also know mnd is extremely rare.

My left leg feels weak again, it comes and goes. I’ve also got tingling in my heal which is worse at night. I’m now thinking this may be a trapped nerve, but I’m not sure about my leg.
Can perceived weakness do this , I just don’t know if this is real..

I’ve got numbness and tingling in my heal now, I’m normally get this at night.
I had this many years ago and it went in the end.
This is definitely not anxiety, has anyone had this.

Of course they have, it’s just not something that they think twice about. I’ve had all sorts of numbness and tingling in many limbs for many different periods of time. The body does weird things.

Thank you for replying, it’s just been in my heal for quite a few hours. It’s just a strange place to have it.

Not if you’re focusing on it. If I focus on my heals they feel odd too. It’s not a place we usually keep our attention so it’s going to feel strange, mine feel like their buzzing right now because I’m thinking about them while writing this.

I’ve woken up and I’ve still got the pins and needles in my heal and foot, I’m not focusing on it , but it’s just there.
My neck also feels stiff now.
ive been reading all my old posts and I’m trying to be rational.
