How can you miss 4 days? That is not a good idea and you will get withdrawal symptoms.

Set up an alarm on your phone daily to remind you to take your meds, or there are a few apps which can remind you to take them and also when to fill the prescription too.

Thank you guys I know it’s bad especially when I have health anxiety, but does the stomach ache and diarrhoea sound like side effects from missing the tabs
