Waiting... ! Drives me insane ... how do you cope with waiting for an appointment or somewhere you have to go that is later in the day, I'm much happier when things are scheduled for mornings .. but afternoons... oooh it's hard.

Know how you feel! I'm of to see a gastro consultant at 5pm today. It must be close to the last appt of the day, so will probably be running late.
I will listen to some music and i have a little bit of diazepam left that i might take.
Good luck, try and distract yourself.

Thank you... yes been distracting since 5.30 this morninig..I've had some diaz as well
