New guy, suffering severe anxiety

Hi. I've registered here due to an issue with anxiety aggravated by a nearby business (a crossfit gym) that is making a lot of noise and negatively affecting my relation time. My sister referred me here and any help I can get would be much appreciated. Thank you.
