pain in left shoulder

Hi, I made a post yesterday about the pain in my shoulder blade and left hip when I woke up, but today the hip is better and the pain is no longer at the front of my left shoulder, but now at the back of it. I did a Google, although I swore I never would again, and it said pain in the left shoulder is to do with the heart. Does anyone else get this? Why has the pain shifted from the front to the back????

yes i get it and apparently it is muscular strain

try not to google, i have never did it as i create enough of my own fear. i know it is hard but try

im sure you will be fine. many here have posted about shoulder pain, and they have been told it is muscular etc

take comfort in not beine alone either with the pain or the fear

I get that and my heart is fine.... I would say it is muscle strain. Think about all the times you are probably tensing up your muscles without even knowing about it. Try to stretch and see if that helps.
