So Scared

I keep getting different symptons - went to use Keyboard this morning and my left hand felt like it would'nt move , it only lasted a second.Still really worried i might have mnd.
Have had strange morning headaches around my ears for last two weeks.
Previous to this i have had pins and needles in left foot and hands feeling weak and stiff.
My fears are out of control and i can't seem to control them. When i tell myself my symptons are anxiety - its just doesn't seem true.
I need to see my GP but im scared - also have a fear of having my blood pressure taken.
I really need some advice please....

Sorry to hear you're not feeling too good:(

As I'm sure you've been told many times, what you're experiencing does sound very much like anxiety. I think when we get stressed over a long period of time we become very sensitive to each and every sensation in our bodies - well, I know I do! Grrrr!

You say you're worried about seeing your doctor and having your blood pressure taken - I wonder if it would be worth you writing everything you feel on paper and take that along to your doctor to read? I used to do this because there were always SO many things I wanted to say but was worried I'd forget or look stupid - I'd also write down any fears I had so the doctor was aware of it. It makes it much easier to discuss your health concerns when you know the doctor has actually taken in exactly what it is you're worrying about!
