Yes, I have bad Insomnia from time to time.
I have a prescription for Phenegran that I havent fully used.
I've tried where I can to use good Sleep hygiene to get to a better place regards sleep, baths 45 minutes before bed time, listening to spoken word so that i get drowsy, exercise earlier in the day, chill music when going to sleep, mindfulness .......
Hope you get relief from your Insomnia
