    Anxiety and being religious

    Not trying to start a debate about religion, but i was wondering does being religious help anxiety? Does it make you feel calm?

    Well that depends on the individual some people will
    find comfort and peace some
    wont, its just a matter of what someone has belief in or not
    as the case mybe, we are all
    different and have different
    beliefs xx

    I am religious and I still have anxiety issues. If God wants it to stop it'll stop. He knows I pray for peace all the time.
