STI/STD or am I being silly?

So, the last maybe 3 weeks now, I've started having an itchy bottom, and actually sometimes itchy genitals as well. Having terrible health anxiety, one of the first things I thought of was.. STD?

Being 15, I obviously have never had sex before, and I'm also straight. Haven't kissed anyone or had any kind of sexual contact with anyone. Apparently there are still ways of getting them though? I don't know anyone who has one either? My last thread was about fearing MS, which I still do, but now I think it could be this...

Will see my GP this week about it, but I do wear tight boxers and often irritate myself when wiping (sorry this is so gross). What if I got it from like contaminated food or something?

Update: I have checked my bottom in the mirror, and can't help but notice the inside looks a little red? What could this be all about?

Joshua you are falling into the HA trap of coming here to get re assurance for every "symprom" you have.

Beware this becomes addictive and you can end up posting about everyday things and constantly looking for people to tell you that you are fine.
