I know how it feels to lose your "sat nav" Jamie,but I'm sure you haven't really 'lost' people,it probably just feels like that at the moment.
When I was in A and E on sat,I felt as though I was truly falling apart with anxiety, but I'm still here,able to function,and getting on with things,even though I still feel quite fragile.

Thanks everyone. Something within the family which I can't really discuss on an open forum has happened today and I am totally alone now. It's a bit strange and I'm having a tough time so I am trying to cope minute by minute.
